Yes! Portraits are a challenge. Here is an opportunity for you to improve your oil portrait painting skills with a professional portrait painter. Beginning to advanced students are welcome. Even if you’ve always wanted to paint a portrait but were afraid to try, now is the time to take the plunge! 

With a live costumed model in front of you, Alice will demonstrate how to begin by getting a likeness right from the start. Then you will follow along and get individual instruction to bring your skills to the next level. Learn to see shape, color, value and edges as they relate to the human face. And have fun!

Teens to adults, beginners to intermediate. Lunch hour 12-1 pm on your own. Minimum 5 students.
